Thankfully, I've never once needed to use my firearm for defense; but, like my life insurance policy it's there....just in case.

Re: Thoughts on Concealed Carry

"I would venture to say, most non-gun owners have no idea the respect the large majority of legally eligible gun owners have for both their guns and human life." The problem is the minority that don't.

Re: Giving Back

BTW there are share buttons on my actual website.

Re: Giving Back

GOing to do it the "hard" way and just link it.

Re: Giving Back

I need to be able to share this... I also have a Koosh ball that I will toss around. Anything to increase my heart rate even a little I see as being helpful.
I've added Apples/Oranges and Bananas (Thank you Gwen Stefani for teaching me how to spell this) to my diet to fill me up between meals.
I've also started drinking a glass of water about 15-20 minutes before I eat. I've noticed this cuts down on the size of the portions I eat by a large amount.
I still eat as much as I want to and get seconds when I'm still hungry. However, I try to wait 20 minutes before I go back for seconds. Usually by the time I've waited I'm not really hungry any more and decide not to bother.
Lastly I bought EA Sports Active 2 for the PS3. This has been great since I can get a good workout in the comfort of my home and its a lot cheaper than buying a bunch of exercise equipment/gym membership that I'll never use.

It seems to me a lot of small changes that you don't really even notice is the way to go about losing some weight.

Re: Insure vs Ensure and Lets Throw in Assure for Good Measure

I wish the programmers here would put a little effort in to making sure their error messages make sense

Re: Social Natural Selection

I'm still not down with Google + but I haven't really played with the interface.
